Australia is honestly not that big a continent that one side or the other really effects your ping to Tokyo. Players from the west side of the AU have even stated they have pings that are just fine there. If you want to troll, i can dance with the best of them. If you wanted you could have offered up some examples of which servers you recommend for those who are an extreme distance from the game host locations, or which of said servers have a large english speaking base who are similarly crippled by the higher than normal pings. This thread is solely about warning those who are AU / NZ about the high ping they are likely to endure BEFORE they make a purchase. Or how about the fact you need to VPN to reduce your ping by approx 50ms in the first place ( which is hardly of use when your base ping is 350ms ) ?, i'd welcome having that discussion also.

LOL, the AU population using japan servers are more than likely on the east coast, which is where the international links head out from, and or using VPN software to boot, or worse still just accept the 90's grade ping because there is no other choice.
